At Dabarbell.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at help@dabarbell.com.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense and will either be replaced or fully refunded.

Before opening the product, please inspect it carefully. Once the product is opened, no exchange or return will be accepted.
How to File a Claim
If you notice an issue with the product or order, contact our customer support team within 7 days at help@dabarbell.com with:
• A clear photograph of the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem
We will review the claim and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 3 business days or a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
Exemptions (No Refunds/Replacements for the Following Cases):
• Wrong Address – If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
• Unclaimed Shipments – Orders that are not claimed will be returned, and reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
• Buyer’s Remorse – We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns or exchanges are at your own expense and discretion.
• Rejected by Customs – If a package is returned due to customs rejection, no refund will be issued. Import regulations and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Product Prepared but Not Shipped – If an order is already prepared but not yet shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Product Discontinuation or Long Out-of-Stock – We do not provide compensation for marketing expenses or ad campaigns if a product is discontinued or out of stock for an extended period.
